This Saturday there’s a tequila and taco fest in Albuquerque. I’m not a fan of tequila but I think we all know how I feel about tacos. Also, there are free mechanical bull rides. So I can eat, drink and watch people fall.
Be there or be sober.
And hungry.

If you haven’t already been, head to Marble Brewery every Sunday around 3 to find a taco truck called “Dia de los Takos”. BEST tacos you will probably ever have. Every week he has a sashimi fish grade taco, a veggie taco that changes every week, and a specialty taco that changes every week as well. This guy knows what he’s doing back there! Above are the fried avocado, Vietnamese, and fish tacos, along with a bomb ass raspberry cupcake made by another company. Check it out!

Take note, this is REAL chile. Not that Texas beans and meat bullshit. Authentic red chile from here in New Mexico in some homemade enchiladas all topped off with a fried egg. It’s a shame some of you won’t be able to taste this, if you come to New Mexico try the red and green chile. You’ll love it!
